A native Floridian, I began my real estate career in 1995, serving the Greater Orlando area, while also a resident artist at Cafe TuTu Tango on International Drive in Orlando. Real estate quickly took up most of my time, but recently I started intuitive painting again and was chosen to exhibit at the 37th Annual All Florida Exhibition in Ft. Myers. Since relocating to the East Coast I have, over the last decade, been successfully assisting Sellers & Buyers, predominantly along the Treasure Coast. Clients include investors executing 1031 exchanges; both relinquished and replacement properties; investors looking to procure commercial, residential single or multi family homes to lease or flip. Transactions have included churches, commercial buildings, condominiums, condotels, credit union site procurement, duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, villas, farm land, manufactured homes with land, golf communities, new home construction, and waterfront properties.
